Does anyone know why Firefox sucks the life right out of my machine? I can NOT figure it out and I want to switch, but I can’t do it while I can’t open like ANY tabs.

Any assistance is appreciated.

ex: I dropped my Dr. Pepper on the floor before I opened it, so when I opened it I had a coke-tastrophe all over my desk.

I would like for everyone to know that Voodoo Doughnut fills their Portland Creme doughnut with an appalling amount of filling. I mean honestly.

Those bitches are ON to something, and if they had any business acumen at ALL they would open up a plus sized clothing store next door for their biggest fans.

this bitch needs some sleep. I just need to tell you that I miss you so! All of you, my faithful readers blah blah blah.

Work and home has been crazy because I’m not home earlier anymore, I get here like sixish now and I have to figure for that hour I used to have that I don’t have any more.

So I’m wrapping up my second week on the job. I like it there. It’s a normal job with a normal company. I couldn’t be happier as of now. We’ll see if it changes, but I’m pleased with it for now. (:

In other news I have eaten the neatest treat lately!! I went to Anzen the Asian store and it was fantastic! I found this foil packet of grape cotton candy. It tasted EXACTLY like grape Bubble Yum Bubble Gum. AND it had like Pop Rocks in it. Yum indeed.

And I got some other stuff too. But none compared to the weirdy cotton candy except for maybe the Coconut Pocky. More happy yum time. (:

So on that note, I need some sleep! Nighty night. Not dead. Miss me? Miss you!

So I got a new job. Woo!

And someone in IT at my new job just took a couple of machines to MacForce for service. He got to the counter and the service guy said “Hey, you guys just hired a friend of ours!”

So I guess if you’re looking for Mac.geek cred in P to tha D to tha X, there you have it. (:

Just heard a story about the second in command at St Patrick’s Cathedral in NYC. Apparently he resigned because he’s being accused of having an affair.

With a married woman.

You’d think that being legal and female (and married even!) the church would be willing to cut that poor guy some slack.

Like I said, have some perspective. Married women aren’t known as a randy priest’s target demographic, you know?

More church rants later, I read something interesting yesterday and haven’t had time to post.

I’m sorry I haven’t been chattier but I been busy. Seriously.

I got a new job! I work 8-5 and it’s tech support for a software company. Wacky first-day hilarity ensued which I will talk about later if I have time.

And I’ve been running about doing a bit of this and a bit of that, bought a new hard drive, reading things, trying and failing to do anything yarn-related, and trying to get enough sleep. Then tomorrow night is the Bite, which will have the Violent Femmes rockin the house, and again try to get some sleep because I’m going to the Martha party at the beach on Saturday and then back on Sunday and hope for enough sleep Sunday night to make it to Monday morning and the jobby job. Woo.

I’m off for now, I just didn’t want you to think I was neglecting you. (petpetpet)

Oh! And Monday, on top of yay first day, I got a present! My super fantastic Chance Cube (Hot off of eBay!) and some delightful stickers and a way fabulous Tarfful action figure! I love my presents! I’m all excited because I never get stuff in the mail and I got like a bunch all at once! Please go buy a chance cube. They are super awesome. And there’s a kink to it as well! Woo!
